Triceratops Day 5 10/7/14

I woke up today at like noonish because I was up late from playing NBA 2k15 late last night. I’m not gonna lie I had another shitty calorie eating day I ate about I had some Wendy’s and Papa Johns pizza and it totaled around 3,245 for everything that I had today definitely been slipping gotta get back on track. I did all triceps exercises today.

Today I woke up at 7:45 for work. I read a little bit of Outliers The Story of success by Malcolm Gladwell. I normally don’t get off early enough to hit the gym up on Sundays because it closes at 7pm and that’s technically the time I’m supposed to get off work but I got home about 4:45 and went to the gym to do all bicep workouts because I’m focusing on just one muscle group a day this week. Today I woke up at 10:20 am. My wife had a photo shoot to do before I could go to the gym. I got to the gym at 12:05 pm feeling pretty sore from yesterday and the day before when I did full body workout so I decided to focus on one body part today and did chest workouts.

Today I woke up at 8:15am. I weighed myself and I weigh 224.6lbs. I measured my waist and my stomach is 42 inches. I had my wife take me some before pictures that I am disgusted with but is all the motivation I need to want to look better especially because anybody can see them online.
